Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council has introduced ‘No waiting at any time’ double yellow lines at the junction of Endymion and Cranborne Road. The restrictions are part of the new Verge Protection Orders (VPO) scheme, prohibiting parking near to junctions, on the footpaths, verges, vehicle crossovers and other green areas. Offending vehicles are issued with penalty notices.
