Essential Japanese Knotweed treatment will be taking place on the development on Friday 2 October 2026, between 9am and midday. The work will be carried out by a specialist contractor experienced in Japanese Knotweed treatment.

Located in the north-east corner of the rear garden bordering Beaconsfield Road, please keep clear of the immediate treatment areas while the work is being undertaken. Where necessary, areas will be cordoned off, although this is not currently expected to be required as the operative will remain within the treatment area throughout.

The operative will monitor the area and immediately stop treatment if residents or members of the public enter the vicinity of the treatment area. If the work cannot be completed safely due to repeated access into the treatment area, the operative may have to abandon the visit.
